Physician office space in Scottsdale, by the hour, the day, or the dedicated suite.
Your own practice, without signing for a building first.
Physician office space in Scottsdale usually means a long lease, a build-out and a furniture order before the first patient books. Alta is a private medical residency in North Scottsdale where a finished suite, a front desk and an address for your practice come by the month and by the hour. MD or DO, start with one clinic day and add hours as the panel grows.

How members use Alta
Three ways to use Alta
A clinic day alongside another role.
Book a few hours a week around hospital shifts or a group schedule. Base Membership plus the hours you use, nothing else.
A part-time practice of your own.
Two or three set days a week, a locker in your name, and an address for your practice paperwork.
A full practice with a suite in your name.
A dedicated suite kept as your room and your address, with the house behind it.
The math
What a starting physician practice costs
A new practice rarely fills five days in its first year. Paying by the hour lets the room grow with the schedule instead of ahead of it.
16 hours a week is 2 days a week, or 64 hours a month at $49 an hour, plus $349 membership.

Before you open
Practicing as a physician in Arizona
Does your board accept a suite inside a shared residency as your practice address? Ask the Arizona Medical Board or the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners, whichever licenses you.
Which address goes on your DEA registration and your payer enrollments, and will each of them accept one inside a shared residency?
If you are leaving a group or an employed role, what does your current agreement say about where and when you may open? Read it with your own counsel first.
Inquiries
Questions physicians ask
Can I see patients here while I keep my current role?
Often, if your current agreement allows it. Many employment and group contracts limit outside practice or carry a non-compete, so have your own counsel read yours before you book. Where it is allowed, members book evenings or single days around another schedule, then add hours as the panel grows.
Can I use Alta as my practice address for licensing and payers?
Alta is built to serve as a medical address. What it covers for your practice and your licensure is confirmed during residency intake.
Can I bring my own medical assistant or nurse?
Yes. Your clinical team is yours to hire and to run. Alta supplies the rooms and the house around them.
What kind of work fits the suites?
Consults, exams, follow-up visits, and in-office work that fits a standard office setting and your own scope. Alta is not a surgical facility, so operative work stays in your accredited facility.
Is any of my revenue shared with Alta?
No. What you bill is yours in full. Alta charges for membership, the hours you book and any locker, and nothing that moves with your collections.
What does it cost to start?
Base Membership is $349 a month and suite time is $49 an hour. There is no build-out, no furniture order, and no multi-year term to sign first.
