Who we are

Alta Medical, LLC is an Arizona company building a private medical residency in Scottsdale. Independent practitioners will rent suites, storage and shared medical devices from us.

Alta does not practise medicine

Alta provides facilities, equipment access, and non-clinical hospitality services. Alta does not provide medical care, and does not direct, control, or supervise a practitioner's clinical services. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Practitioners remain solely responsible for patient care, patient records, scheduling, patient communications, the contents of their storage, and removing patient information from shared devices.

If you are a patient looking for care, this is not the right place. Contact the practitioner you are seeing, or your own doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

Do not send patient information

This website is not a channel for patient information or protected health information. Please do not submit any through it.

Under these Terms, Alta is not a healthcare provider and is not acting as a business associate for any practitioner. What a member may share with Alta once the house opens, and how it is handled, is set by that member's written agreement with Alta and by any separate agreement the law requires. It is not set by this website.

Practitioners here are independent

Every practitioner who works at Alta runs their own practice. They hold their own licences, carry their own malpractice cover, keep their own patient records, and answer to their own regulators and professional boards.

Alta does not employ them, does not supervise their clinical work, and is not responsible for the care they provide. A practitioner renting a suite from Alta is our member, not our agent.

This site is information, not an offer

Alta is being built. The site describes what we intend to open, and intentions move.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a reservation, or a contract. Sending an inquiry creates no booking, no reservation, no membership, and no care relationship of any kind, and obliges neither of us to anything.

Membership starts only when you and Alta sign a written agreement. That agreement, not this website, sets the actual terms.

Prices, dates and rooms may change

The rates shown are what we expect to charge today. Some tiers are not priced yet, and we say so where that is true. Rates, inclusions and availability can change before we open.

The opening date is a target, not a promise. Construction and licensing move on their own schedule.

The renderings on this site show the design intent for the space. The finished rooms will differ in detail.

Using the site

Please use the site for what it is for: learning about Alta and getting in touch. Do not try to break into it, scrape it at volume, disrupt it, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Do not send us patient information or anything clinical through the inquiry form. It is not built for that, and we will delete it.

What belongs to whom

The words, design, renderings, photography and the Alta Medical name on this site belong to Alta Medical, LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

What you write to us stays yours. We use it only to answer you and to keep track of your inquiry, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Other people's services

The site relies on services run by other companies, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for what happens on them. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are there.

Limits

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that every detail is current, that the site will always be up, or that it will be free of errors.

To the extent Arizona law allows, Alta Medical, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability connected with the site is limited to one hundred dollars. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as Alta gets closer to opening. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
