Who this is about

Alta Medical, LLC runs this website. We are building a private medical residency in Scottsdale, Arizona, where independent practitioners rent suites and shared medical devices.

This policy covers altamedsuites.com only. It does not cover the practices of the practitioners who will work at Alta. Each of them runs their own practice and handles their own patient records.

This site is for practitioners, not patients

This site is for business inquiries from practitioners. It is not a patient channel and not a clinical one. We ask about your practice, not about anyone's health.

Please do not send patient information or protected health information through this form. The message box is free text, so we cannot stop you. Anything entered despite this notice will reach Alta and the service providers named below, and we will handle it as the law requires and remove it when we can.

What we collect

When you fill in the inquiry form, you give us:

• ·Your first and last name
• ·Your email address
• ·Your phone number, if you choose to add one
• ·The type of practice you run
• ·When you are thinking of starting
• ·Whatever you write in the message box

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we see some basic information about visits: which pages were opened, roughly which city the visit came from, the browser and device used, and screen size. This is measurement, not identification. We do not know who you are from it.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for this. Google Analytics is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which runs it at the edge rather than in your browser directly.

The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare sees your IP address as part of serving the site and running that check.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. Cloudflare sets cookies to serve the site and to run the spam check on the form. These are set when you arrive, and we do not currently show a consent banner.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site will still work.

Google explains what it does with data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with their browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for what a site should do with it, so we do not respond to it. The choices described on this page are open to you whether or not you send that signal.

Why we collect it

To answer you. To keep track of who has asked about a residency so nobody falls through the cracks before we open. To understand which parts of the site are useful.

We may also write to you with news about Alta as it gets closer to opening, because that is usually why people got in touch. Every such message carries a way to stop them, and one word from you ends it.

We do not use your details for anything beyond that.

Who else sees it

Your inquiry passes through a small number of services we use to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs:

• ·Mailtrap, which turns your inquiry into an email and delivers it to us. It keeps a copy in its sending logs for a period.
• ·Engage CRM, our contact system, which stores your name, email, phone, practice type, timeframe and the note you sent so we can follow up. Engage runs on the HighLevel platform and is administered for us by PERC Engage, who built and maintain this site.
• ·Cloudflare, which serves the site and runs the spam check on the form.
• ·Vercel, which hosts the site. Its server logs may briefly record technical detail about a request.
• ·Google Analytics, which receives page and event measurement. Your form details are not sent to it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Beyond the service providers named above, which we use to run the business, we do not pass your details to other practitioners or to anyone else.

If a law or a court order ever required us to hand something over, we would comply, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden to.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while Alta is still being built and while you might still want a place here. There is no fixed clock on it, because a practitioner who wrote to us in 2026 may well want a suite in 2027.

If you would rather we did not, say so and we will remove you. See below.

Getting your information, or having it removed

Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.

We will action it within 30 days and we will not ask you to justify the request. There is no form and no hoop.

One thing worth being straight about: your inquiry arrived as an email as well as a CRM record. We will remove you from our contact system and delete the email from our inboxes, but we cannot reach every backup a service provider holds on its own schedule. What we control, we will clear.

Some states give residents formal privacy rights. Whether or not a particular law applies to a business our size, the answer above is the same for everyone who asks.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Your inquiry is sent over encrypted connections to the services named above, each of which we reach with credentials that are not published in the site's code.

No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something went wrong that affected your information, we would tell you.

Children

This site is meant for medical professionals considering a practice at Alta. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date at the top is how you tell which version is current, so it is worth a look if you are checking back.

If the change is significant and we hold your email, we will write to you about it rather than leave you to find it.
