Dermatology office space in Scottsdale, by the treatment day or by the year.

A skin practice needs light, storage, and a room that runs on time.

Dermatology office space in Scottsdale usually comes as an empty shell and a five-year signature. Alta is the other version. A finished suite in North Scottsdale, booked by the hour, with procedural lighting, a locker held for you, and reception already in place. Medical, cosmetic, or both.

Built for the work

Built for a skin practice

Vascular, pigment, and resurfacing devices without the buy-in.

The Alta Library of shared devices, reserved by the hour. More are coming.

Light you can actually work under.

Procedural lighting where you work, and softer natural light where patients wait.

Somewhere to keep samples, product, and instruments.

Location

Why North Scottsdale for dermatology

North Scottsdale, zip 85255, just off Thompson Peak Parkway. A skin practice that runs two days a week wants to sit where its patients already are rather than a freeway away from them.

Practicing dermatology in Arizona

  • Who may perform each cosmetic procedure in your practice, and under whose supervision? That is governed by the Arizona Medical Board and the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners.

  • Products and medication kept on site: what sourcing and storage does the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy expect?

  • Will your registered practice address hold up if it is a suite in a shared building? Confirm with your board before your payers see it.

Inquiries

Questions dermatologists ask

Can I bring my own laser?

Yes. Store it in a locker or keep it in a dedicated suite, and use it during your booked hours. The shared library covers the devices you would rather not own.

Is there space for biopsies and specimen handling?

The suites are set up for standard in-office work, and lockers including refrigerated ones are available in your name. Courier and lab arrangements stay yours.

Does Alta come between me and my patient?

No. Your charts, your consent forms and your follow-up are yours. Reception greets whoever you booked and hands the day back to you.

Can I run a cosmetic day and a medical day differently?

Yes. You book the hours you want. Nothing forces the two halves of your practice into the same room on the same day.

What does it cost to start?

Base Membership is $349 a month and suite time is $49 an hour. There is no build-out, no furniture order, and no multi-year term to sign first.

What happens to my patient records?

They stay yours. Alta does not run your electronic record, does not hold your charts, and has no access to them. Bring the system you already use.

Can I start with a single clinic day a week?

Yes. Most members open with one or two days and add hours as the schedule fills. Nothing about the membership assumes you arrive with a full book.
