Treatment rooms for rent in Scottsdale, by the treatment day or by the year.
A house for injectors who want the room without the lease.
Alta Medical is a residency for independent practitioners in North Scottsdale. A treatment room for rent here arrives finished: procedural lighting, cold storage under your own name, and a reception that greets your patients by name. You pay for the hours you book, not for a room that sits empty on the days you do not inject.

The math
What two injection days a month actually cost
Most injectors do not need a room five days a week. They need two good days and somewhere cold to keep product between them.
16 hours a week is 2 days a week, or 64 hours a month at $49 an hour, plus $349 membership and a refrigerated locker at $99.

Why North Scottsdale for an aesthetic practice
The address is 85255, a short way off Thompson Peak Parkway. Being inside the neighborhood your patients already drive through is most of what convenience means for a treatment day.
Patient parking is easy, and the building has architecture that speaks before you do, which does real work in the first ninety seconds. Mayo Clinic Hospital and HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak Medical Center are close by.

Before you open
Practicing aesthetics in Arizona
Who on your team may inject, and under whose supervision? Put that to the Arizona Medical Board or the Arizona State Board of Nursing, whichever holds your license.
Where will your product come from, and how does it have to be labeled and stored? Ask the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
Does your board treat a room inside a shared residency as a valid practice address? Settle that before it appears on any form.
Inquiries
Questions injectors ask
Can I keep my own product at Alta?
Yes. A locker, refrigerated if you need it, is rented under your name and opens only for you. Alta never stocks, orders or touches what is inside.
Who owns the patient relationship?
You do. Alta is the house, not the practice. Your patients are yours, your records are yours, and Alta takes no percentage of your billings.
Can I bring my own device?
Yes. Bring it, keep it in your locker or a dedicated suite, and run it during the hours you hold. The shared Alta Library covers the devices you would rather not buy.
Do I have to take a full-time room?
No. Base Membership plus suite time by the hour is the normal way to start. Practitioners who fill their days move up to a dedicated suite when the numbers say so.
Can my nurse or medical assistant work with me in the room?
Yes. Bring your own clinical team. The staffed front desk greets patients and handles the door, and your team runs your room.
What happens between injection days?
Product stays cold in your locker, mail and packages are received for you, and your address does not change. You are simply not paying for the room.
